Shipping
- Orders within Pune city will be delivered in 4–5 days.
- Orders outside Pune and Maharashtra will be delivered within 8–10 days.
- We currently deliver products only within India.
Order Status
- After placing an order, our courier partners will keep you updated on the status.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once the packaging and shipment process begins, cancellation will not be possible.
Returns & Replacements
- If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it. However, cash or online refunds are not provided.
- Returns if approved, Returns of damaged product must be raised within 3 to 5 hours after delivery.
